Returns
In order for a return to be accepted the following conditions must be fulfilled:
• The parts must have been bought from Success Trading Scandinavia AB
• The buyer has been given a return number from Success Trading Scandinavia AB
• The packaging must be undamaged/unbroken and the parts unused and in fully usable condition.• Returns of non-stocked items or specially ordered items are not acceptedThere is no right of return on electrical items unless otherwise specified at the time of order.• A request for return made after 30 days after delivery will not be accepted.
Regarding customer errors:
The freight costs for a return will be paid for by the buyer. The buyer could return goods using the return delivery note provided by Success Trading Scandinavia AB. The price will depend on weight and type of package. For further information, please contact your customer representative.
Return of product 30% product deduction
Returns of products later than 30 days from the date of delivery = will not be accepted. Return of articles = will not be accepted unless otherwise specified.
When Success Trading Scandinavia AB is responsible for an error:
The buyer can return goods using the return delivery note provided by Success Trading Scandinavia AB. For further information, please contact your customer representative.
Returns within one week = No return deduction
Return of product within 15-30 days from the date of delivery = 30% return deduction
Return of product after more than 30 days from the date of delivery = not accepted. The product must be unused.
